It was a nice place to stay at as it provided a nice place to go in and out of while exploring the area, transportation is always available in each direction so it made moving around stress free. The staff are amazing and sweet so it made the stay free of any troubles helping my experience traveling a nice one to remember on.

Hotel trusty worked well for me as a cheap convenient place to stay for a week while I went around snd wondered the main part of tokyo before I went to a convention later in the week. If you’re going to be in ariake for a convention and want to stay somewhere cheap that isn’t a capsule hotel this is a pretty good spot

Only inconvenience was bed was tight against the wall making night bathroom trips a hassle to crawl down and out the end of the bed while partner slept on open edge of bed.

Stayed here once before now there is major construction across the street. Download a taxi app as it’s a hassle with transportation here. Staff is wonderful rooms are very nice.

Nice hotel. It's close to the fish market, if you're planning on sushi breakfast. Also close to Disney.

Great service and great value
The service was great. The staff from the front desk to house keeping were very nice and attentive. The turnaround time for requests was amazing. The rooms are small and the layout may be a little restrictive - for westerners. Overall, you cannot beat the value you get

We were given a room facing green leaves. No garden or courtyard, just backyard with leafy trees. It’s more like a solitary confinement rather than a resort experience.

It is about 10min walk from Tokyo big sight station. Room is smaller but the room has its own temperature control. Toilet is clean and bigger than expected. Overall nice staff and environment

Good location, good rooms. Only one strange thing: In the card used as door key they write the room number. If you lose the card someone could know the room number. I do not know any hotel that writes the room number on the card. We lose a card and the attendant asked USD 20 for a new card. I told him that in any other place they replace for free. After a long discussion he give us a new card but he said that will cost USD 20.

The hotel about 10 min walk to Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition center. The hotel lobby do not have bigger space for sitting, charting as well as meeting. The hotel walk way seem a bit dark.

The property was very clean and the service was impeccable. Location was ideal for my attendance at Big Sight for the week. The breakfast was very good, with a good mix of North American/European/Japanese selections. The room was well appointed and very clean. Always love the Japanese toilets! Those should be the world standard. The only drawback was that there were no exercise facilities, which would have been the icing on the cake.

Very nice hotel which was near to our conference venue. Staff is superb, very helpful and professional. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to ehonever visiting Odaiba.
