"Stayed for 2 nights, quite disappointed with the check in process (overwhelmed, housekeeping issues) which can be better for a 5* hotel standard Check in almost 4hrs late (*Tentative check in timing is at 3pm. Managed to access into our respective rooms almost near to 7pm), given complimentary welcome drinks for the delay. Security wise, felt safe with the frequent prowling by security officers Room was clean, well maintained and comfortable Nevertheless, the breakfast spread was...

"Location of the hotel is great, near to the beach and amenities. I love the pool in the room. The room is clean and tidy. I feel very welcoming when i checked in. In addition, all the staffs are very friendly and approachable. I had a great time staying in Grand Lexis"

"This is not my first time and will not be the last time. Will come again and again because the resort have white sandy beach, easy access to the beach and suitable for children. Pool also kids friendly. Breakfast: average. Restaurant a bit crowd especially during public holidays but food is enough coz staff always top up the dishes. One suggestions for breakfast, please add on porridge in the menu. Travel with infant/kids, but there is no porridge serve during breakfast. Very disappointing....

"It's an old resort that has basic facilities for comfort. The place is quiet and in a rural setting. The beach is small and not so attractive. It's alright if you just stay here for a stopover but not to stay for a holiday."

"Like: 1. behind the property is a stretch of beach 2. all 3 rooms are air-conditioned 3. Clean 4. Many kitchen utensils 5. Owner is speedily responsive (through whatsapp because of the pandemic) Don’t like: 1. Only 1 bathroom 2. The bed is creaky 3. The mattress isn’t comfy"

"Condition of the villa was not so gd. Toilet door was broken below. Swimming pool tiles were coming out and rusty in some areas. Bbq pit was in bad condition too. Kitchen cupboards had lots of big black ants. Sofas so old. "
