"This is a splendid hotel. Large well equipped rooms, great bedding and amenities. Staff were plentiful and super helpful. It's in a quiet location, so external restaurants are a 5 minute walk, and the crazy district of Dotonbori is a 1300 yen taxi away. If I ever go back to Osaka will definitely stay there again"

"We travel fairly extensively for both business and pleasure and this Osaka property rates right near or at the top for quality. Conrad, Osaka is part of the Hilton group and I would put it on par with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. Out suite had sweeping views of Osaka, was very spacious and beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. We highly recommend and would most definitely re-book next time we are in Osaka."

"The checkin process was very smooth. We did a standard twin room with our visit. The lobby is minion theme and an awesome aquarium behind the checkin desk which for me made time fly while in line. The room was average. It did have a smell of the port (sea) when we first walked in but the room includes an air cleaner and good AC unit which took care of that problem.
