"The room was clean, the bed soft and comfortable, and staff was very nice. The hotel has a very central location. If you come by Local Train, be warned that the sidewalks here are not that suitable for heavier suitcases and walking on the side of the road instead will save you a lot of hassle."

"Everyone is friendly and helpful! I know it is the right choice that I decide to book this hotel from the minute we stepped out of the car. The checking in is very smooth, Mr. 黃 is very professional and patient, he explained every detail about my booking. The young lady, sorry didn’t catch her name, also not only helped to book the restaurant, but a nice view of the place. "

"I stayed overnight with my wife and son. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Taiwan. The room itself was adequate - clean, well equipped and comfortable. However, it is the public spaces and amenities which really shine in this hostel/hotel hybrid. The location is also very central to the Western District of Tainan. Overall, it was a great experience. "

"The room was upgraded to a gorgeous suite! Staff was wonderful and eager to please. We loved the lounge but wished there was more control over rowdy and noisy children who were highly disruptive. We’re staying at a Hyatt in Taipei now and there are frequent signs which prohibit children running, screaming or playing. "

Offered 2 pcs of bread/pastry every evening for guests, while stock last. A nice gesture by hotel.
