Convenient location, near to the heidelberg train station and not far from amenities. Paid parking within hotel's compound. Rooms are neat and clean - like Ibis's ;)

Staff were excellent and totally customer friendly! Location in old Heidelberg perfect for us to walk the town, connect with river boats, dine in great restaurants and beer gardens. Good memories!

We booked a triple room and stayed for 3 nights from 29 Apr to 2 May 2026. The room is clean with tea/coffee Facility. The hotel is about 20mins to the City Center by foot. Bus stops are about 150m from the hotel. The reception staff are helpful but one of the day, our beds were not made up. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay.

The host was very friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable for 3 pax (2 adults + 1 child). Unfortunately, our room was facing the street and there was lots of ruckus midnight which we couldnt sleep well at all (too noisy)
Plenty of food options and a short walk to the main shopping street + other sightseeing sites.
