"The two bedroom unit worked perfectly for myself and my three adult kids. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the two bathrooms made for a much easier stay with four adults. It was an easy walk to the theatre, movie theatre and shops that were utilised while there"

"The apartment was clean, small and about 500 metres from the shops on Middle Head Road. Parking is available on the site but only on a first come first serve basis. There are eight apartment but only three spaces available. This was first mentioned to us about 10 hours before book-in, after payment. Luckily, we secured a spot and left the car there and caught public transport. Accomodation is pricey near Balmoral Beach but I do not feel that I got good value for money here."

"We were surprised by the apartment, positively! It's well presented with good size rooms and overall space. The kitchen and bathroom were great; the view was also nice, especially at sunset. We enjoyed the location as there were plenty of grocers, cafe's and parks within a short walk.
Special mention for the seamless customer experience with John. Instructions were clear, check-in and out experience was easy and the communication throughout was prompt. "

"Great location, ferry, train and bus transport within 2 to 5 mins walk. Convenient cafe, IGA supermarket and eateries with in walking distance. We had a hire car so simple basement parking. Pool & gym on floor 2 and the view of Sydney harbour Bridge and harbour itself is stunning. Definitely recommend."

"Property has spectacular views but that’s about it. No heating, other than foot heaters, toilet leaks, mouse traps everywhere. There is absolutely no parking close by, we parked atleast 1km away, and had to bring all our luggage back and then carry it up 3 flights of stairs. The parking is not mentioned anywhere "

The room was quiet and clean. We stayed here as an alternative to an airport hotel as we had a very early flight. It was a very nice first night to our holiday

The location is awesome, but the room and especially the shower are very small, but very clean and have everything you need. Suitable for staying one or two nights. Since we stayed only one night it was fine. Breakfast was not good at all and we were disappointed with it. If the breakfast is not included in the price do not buy breakfast here. We have asked for the room with the nice view and got the room 16 with the view to another house wall just a couple of meters away from our window...

Good location and lots of amenities nearby. Free street parking at night was a bonus. Hotel will try to sell your their sheltered parking. Road noise was significant and relentless from 6am till probably 11pm.

The location was excellent — just opposite Crows Nest Station, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies all within a short walk.
The apartment itself was spacious, but the kitchen was one of the worst-equipped we’ve encountered in a serviced apartment. It only had two random cups for us to use and barely enough crockery and utensils to make proper use of the kitchen and dining facilities.

My husband required a comfortable one night stay within easy access to Sydney City for a meeting the next morning. The King sized bed with ensuite was very comfortable for his late check in and early check out. Few minutes stroll to Neutral Bay ferry point to catch a scenic ride across world's loveliest harbor to Circular Quay. Definitely a winner.

I stayed in the hotel for 8 days, the rooms are all clean and modern as the hotel has just opened, the staff were very friendly and helpful, there are some shared facilities in the first floor like laundry room, kitchen, BBQ and lounges. The whole experience was very convenient.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Great area to stay in with direct bus to CBD and Circular Quay. Provide free nice pastry in the morning, and fruits, coffee & tea all days. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Highly recommend.
