"The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The staff were communicative, courteous, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It included all the things you could really ask for: A king-sized bed, two nightstands with drawers, a desk with a chair, a side table next to the desk, big closet with an iron for clothes, plenty of lighting. It had an air conditioner that worked on demand, and I felt like I was able to sleep comfortably sometimes with it off during the middle of the night when it cools down (did not want to overwork the air conditioner). There were even a glass door, screen door and balcony with a small concrete bench. I really liked the kitchenette and the fact that it included a refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, plates and cookware. It was very spacious and nice. The bathroom was nice and spacious as well, having a tall section of compartments to store your hygiene products. There was a small mat next to the shower, so you would not have to use any towels to dry the floor. There was also a small window above the shower for releasing the steam and getting fresh air. This hotel provides the best value for what you pay for, as I quickly realized Cabo San Lucas was definitely not cheap overall. As if the hotel was not enough, I enjoyed eating some meals at San Lucero Restaurant & Wine Bar next door with a 25% discount for staying at the hotel."

"Fuimos mi novio y yo y nos gustó mucho que todos son muy amables y nos ayudaron en toda nuestra estadía, tiene muy buena ubicación, la playa está muy accesible 10/10 Hay mucha música por todos lados al mismo tiempo pero no era molesto (al menos no para mí). Hicimos el upgrade para una habitación con jacuzzi y valió totalmente la pena."

"Isra and Allen were absolutely incredible butlers during our stay. I couldn’t express anymore on how great they treated my husband and I. The hotel itself was absolutely amazing and the views were beautiful. Perfect for an adult-all inclusive"

"Very clean and a great place to stay at! The property is on a steep hill so we enjoyed it because it gave us a little workout every day 😅 The staff are very friendly and helpful! All the furniture is outdated but everything worked. The kitchen is well equipped, we stayed in room 3 with direct access to the pool and jacuzzi, and a pretty nice view. Unfortunately there is no soundproofing and you can hear everything! 2 out of the 6 nights we stayed here, and the very early morning (4am) of the day we checked out, we could not sleep because of the very loud squeaking noises, wall banging and other sounds that where coming from room 6 (right above us)! Mentioning that some of the other rooms on those specific nights were vacant, and it seemed an isolated case that room number 6 entertained loud activities at a property advertised as quiet and appropriate for families, with quiet hours, further away from the night life of Los Cabos. This was unfortunate since not self inflicted lack of sleep (like going out and partying and missing hours of sleep) put us off track for next days’ activities."

"Muy buen recibimiento, incluso antes de mi hora de check in, agradecida de la anfitriona que me recibió, muy amorosa. Al recibir la suite (de la cual no hay fotos en la app) estuve muy conforme, pero al hacer uso de ella evidencié que el aseo era deficiente. Ducha con pelos y basuritas en el suelo, y durante 2 noches tuve cucarachas. Además faltaban percheros para colgar toallas de ducha y de mano. Lo lamento por eso. Saludos"
