We were greeted with wide smile, luggage were taken care of, concierge staff check with us on our trip agenda and providing us a very quick and easy navigation map around the areas. They provided us recommendation as well as travel tours booking.
The breakfast provided over the course of 3 days were fabulous and very local. Something my family look upon...

This has to be the Top choice should you be coming to Taichung. Excellent customer service and well furnished rooms.
The breakfast buffet is one of the highlight of the stay.
The hotel is in the prime location near to the railway station and the famous 宫源眼科 is just within walking distance nearby.

I would like to commend Joseph Lin for his helpfulness when I need to make last minute adjustments to my booking. He took the extra step to help us find out how we could liaise with Expedia to make the arrangements. Overall the hotel is clean and has good amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, surrounded by numerous eateries, and just a short walk to Feng Jia Night Market. The hotel staff was incredibly polite and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, one downside was the yellow dirty water flowing from the bathtub tap. Would be better if the hotel provides filtration system similar to the existing normal shower head which they provide.
