The hotel is not close to the main part of town, and it is a bit tricky to get there: hard to get a cab, and buses are confusing. "Enjoyed our stay very much. Very well located hotel in an attractive setting on the coast and beach. Well appointed clean rooms. Beautifully maintained grounds. Lovely pool area and restaurant with views across the bay. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good base for exploration. Some points however to be aware of. Rooms and especially bathrooms are really small. We had an adjoining room and the sound insulation was terrible. You could hear the conversations and snoring of the neighbours! Not sure if this is a problem in other rooms. Beach is quite dirty with seaweed and other vegetation. The hotel does its best to manage people wanting late check-outs which are rarely possible. They offer a cloakroom with single shower to use before leaving. It’s small and hot. However, they have no luggage storage room and so have piles of bags dotted around the reception, people opening them, going up and down to shower. It does not give a professional impression to people arriving. They should find a solution for a baggage store and keep all this out of sight. Also if not 100% occupancy, they should block a least desirable room as a courtesy room for showering."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves. The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner. I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes. That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"
