Four Star Hotels in West Covina

"After initially getting a call from the front desk informing me that they were not going to honor my Expedia reservation because the overbooked the hotel and me expressing my discontent with their decision, management made it all good. I was upgraded to a really nice suite with Disneyland view. I really appreciate their change of mind and the willingness to make things right "

"The personal at the 24 hrs cafe is not very friendly. The rest always acknowledge you when you pass by and some even hold the door for you. No room service, somehow inconvenient and room cleaning every third day?"

"Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and comfortable beds. Staff in reception were amazingly helpful and in the restaurant downstairs. The staff upstairs on the roof terrace were less welcoming and the pool area is very small and very busy. But all in all an oasis!"

"traveled with family nice place, no microwave or hot water in suite kinda sucks. easy to walk to places but hard to get out in the morning if not familiar with the streets or area, could be confusing. I thought I had paid for all services via expedia minus parking but to my surprise, I got a "destination charge of $30 USD" on check out, must have miss that fine print somewhere. kinda a bummer as I wasnt expecting that and none of my other hotels I booked for my trip had such charge."

"Great hotel situated in Downtown LA great for being close to public transport to travel around LA and see the sights. Also very cool that so many films have used the hotel as a location Lifts are on the outside so if you are scared of heights probably not for you. Staff were great "
