"Wonderful wintersun retreat overlooking costa adeje. We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. "We had a delightful stay at Tivoli. The rooms are beautiful,much more spacious than they appear in the photos on the website. We were especially happy with the comfortable beds and the excellent shower and bath. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety of options, and overall the experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here. The only slight downside was that while late check-out is offered when available, it comes at quite a high rate of €18 per hour."

"My first time staying here and won’t be the last really enjoyed my time here loads of sunbathing areas breakfast was good loads of options the staff are really friendly and good at what they do the hotel is huge with really nice decor plants and trees and water features great swimming pools and has a nice wee gym for a daily workout, the room itself was really big and loads of space for clothes great comfortable bed nice bathroom and the tv has Netflix which was great I can definitely say I will be back. Thanks 🙏 "

"Lovely hotel, good facilities. Without exception, all members of staff were outstanding. Pool areas are lovely and well maintained. Only let down was the room - we had a silver room on the 16th floor. Very loud with small children - we realise it’s not an adults only hotel, however separating couples and families with small children shouldn’t be that hard surely? Given the size of the hotel and amount of rooms. "

"Room was amazing and the staff are brilliant. Only reservation is the Bed and Pillow Selection. Both have slightly let down the otherwise off the chart experience. The pillows are all very hot potentially due to 100% artificial (polyester I believe) filling and the mattress was so hard, it literally gave hard back due to its hardness. Maybe a pillow top on top of the mattress would have been better but hey ho. Other than that, very amazing stay and experience. My 2+ enjoyed the most !"
