"I have never stayed at this hotel before and I will 100% be returning. Super clean, fantastic finish and the bed sheets were so soft! Couldn’t fault a single thing. We stayed on a Saturday night (on floor 9) and you could hear a tiny bit of noise from local streets but did not disturb our sleep one bit. All staff were super friendly too. Fab location too. "Excellent trip from start to finish. We arrived early, but the rooms were already ready. And we got a fantastic upgrade! The concierge helped us plan out our sightseeing for the following day, as well as made a great dinner recommendation and reservation. Drinks and food at Peacock Alley and the Caley bar were excellent. The service was wonderful - I wish I could remember all the staffs’ name who assisted us. Thanks for an excellent stay! "
