"First of all, super friendly staffs and very accommodating. Bit far from city center but very beautiful and nice resort. Breakfast taste wise was not the best. Villas are bit outdated and interior needs to be renovated, specially the furniture and some paints. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would likely go back someday."

"The building area (lobby, pool area, …) is outdated. Our room with garden view is clean, spacious but outdated. No chair service at the beach. The restaurant for breakfast is very busy and noisy with Korean guests. The food at breakfast is only 2* and is not fresh, not comparable with other 5* resort. Coffee is terrible! In overall we rate the outdated Intercontinental resort in Phu Quoc as 4*- or 3*+, but does not by far deserve 5*. The staff (front desk, room service) is very helpful though."

"Clean nice stay. Big beautiful villa. All the Staff are very friendly. Very windy in December with the wind blowing all day to include at night making it hard to sleep. My son enjoyed the kids zone. The sunset beach was disappointing as there is no public bathroom available and we continually found pieces of glass in the sand. The water was cloudy, not like the photos. "

"Conveniently located with access to many eateries, the night market, and lots of massage salons. The hotel is kept clean. At the 7th floor (where I roomed), I noticed that the doors at both ends of the walkway were kept opened during the day. Even though the entire walkway is air-conditioned, hot air from outside flows in relentlessly. Why are these doors left open day after day? It is a huge waste of electricity. "5 star hardware but 2 star service. This is the first time I’ve experienced no beach towels in a 5-star beachfront resort. Staffs walking around but don’t take your orders, kept avoiding eye contacts and simply don’t want to serve "

"If you're from North America you are probably like us and were questioning how a Beat Western is a 5 star hotel. But this hotel was great. Very good value for your money. Had an amazing stay here. Everything so comfortable and clean and safe feeling. The lazy river pool was so nice to float around in the early evening. While it's not the most convenient location the hotel makes up for it in spades. If you're ok with taking a taxi/grab around the city then I highly recommend this place. "

"호텔 컨디션이나 모든 면에선 최상의 호텔입니다. 경치도 좋고 인접한 관광지 또한 모든면에서 편하게 이동할수 있어서 좋았습니다. 인피니티 수영장 또한 선셋 경치는 최고였습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던점은 내부 일하시는 분들의 서비스는 기대했던 힐튼이란 점을 감안했을때 매우 무뚜뚝한 조금 다른 휴양지 리조트서 환영만 받던거랑은 사뭇 달랐습니다. 조식 뷔폐에 중요하게 생각하시는 분들은 조금 생각했던 것보다 별5개중에 3,5 정도입니다. "
