"Good breakfast buffet, but cold. Room not real clean, too cold and difficult to adjust temperature. In need of repairs. The handles kept falling off the bathroom door and shower. I wouldn't recomend this place."

"The room layout is really nice and gives you that studio apartment feel and not hotel. The couch wasn't super comfortable but I still liked that we had one so we didn't have to lay in bed to watch TV. The kitchen island was a nice touch so again, you didn't have to sit in bed or on the couch too eat. Shower was nice, lots of closet\dresser space. Huge well lit vanity. Breakfast was really good to me. One day was chorizo tacos, the next was biscuits and gravy and they always have an automatic pancake maker going as well as cereal and oatmeal and the usual bread options. Location was also really good, choose to 35 but also had a back road of you wanted to avoid the highway to get to the shopping center down the road that has everything you could need and a pluckers! We will definitely be rebooking here! "

"Check-in was easy and a breeze. However, the issues started once we made it to our room. We booked a King room through Hotels.com but when entering into our room I noticed it was a double room. I immediately went back downstairs and inquired (and showed my booking confirmation of a King) to the rep at the front, Liza/Liz?, and she advised that she saw that a change was made on the backend and my room was auto-changed by someone on Hotels.com end. When I expressed that I certainly didn't make the change and asked her if we could move to a King room, she advised that they were completely booked and had no other rooms available. I understood and went back upstairs and just accepted the fact that my husband and I would be sleeping on separate beds for the night... until... After trying to flush the toilet one time, it began to nearly overflow so we called the front desk asking for someone to come look at it. Not even 3 minutes after the call, they were magically able to just move us RIGHT NEXT DOOR into a King room."

"After beating on my door at midnight wanting yo see my ID cane back at 1:00am requesting i come downstairs cause they werent showing my reservation, it made my stay horrible, i was told i would be reimbursed one night for the inconvenience lol that remains to be seen, i will never stay at another hampton hotel ever"

"Front desk staff is practically null. Also left my room without housekeeping one day. Told them, didn’t even care about it. Also didn’t care about trying to do a late check out. Little perks that a 5 star hotel shouldnt pass unnoticed. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great place. "

"The staff was warm and welcoming. I could adjust the room temperature myself and the bed and linens, shower were very good. I only stayed for an overnight visit after returning from Europe (time shifting) and meet family and attend a local event so I did not have an opportunity to try the restaurant or use other of the facility. Would recommend as a very good value. "

"It was 1.5 miles to the stockyard. Bathroom was nice-great water pressure. Toilet did run. Bed was hard and only 2 pillows that were flat. Large fridge and microwave. Small one cup coffee pot. Room was quite large. Table with 2 chairs. Looks like a bad area, but it was quite nice area. "
