"This hotel is really becoming run down and I was disappointed in my stay this time. There were very sloppy "renovations", the door opener hit the top stopping the door, and I even had a roach in my bathroom! "

"I made a reservation and when I arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation so I went elsewhere just to find out a couple of days later that they still charged me for my stay I couldn’t get ahold of the hotel management about a refund …very poor service I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone "

"The staff wasn’t necessarily unfriendly, just kind of unhelpful and hard to locate. The property, though, was absolutely unsuitable. The elevator gave good reason to be scared that you might die in there. Genuinely scary enough to take the stairs. The room itself wasn’t so bad on first look, but then you see the holes in the curtains and hear the mice in the walls and you just might gag. A million dollars couldn’t make me stay there again. I wish my experience was different, but genuinely the mice were incessant and nobody seemed phased about it except me. Staff was indifferent and seemed as if they knew it was a problem."
