"Firstly, the directions were perfect! It can difficult in another country and Dubrovnik is narrow to say the least. So grateful for clear correct direction. Our host checked us in, a wonderful kind person with amazing Croatian hospitality. My adult children loved the candy left out and the homemade lemon schnapps. "The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views across the bay. The decor and quality of the rooms are very nice but starting to look a bit tired in places. The one downside is that the hotel was hosting the world cigar championship and the staff were too busy looking after the people attending that event to properly provide a good enough service to other hotel guests. It proved difficult getting any quality of service throughout the bars and restaurants during our stay."

"Lovely clean room, well ventilated. Double bed room came with kettle and Chamomile tea bags and sugar and fridge. We had a direct entrance to the balcony which was private and lovely in the evening watching the sunset over the river. Breakfast was average, basic but still acceptable. The staff can make specific things like fried / boiled eggs. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet to stay this is the perfect place. There are bus stops outside the hotel going direct to Old Town. But, bear in mind, this location is outside Wolt food delivery. There are two shops in the vicinity but closed on Sundays. Overall a lovely stay."
