"Comfortable "

"The staff was friendly enough, but not that helpful. Upon entering our room, it haf a very strong urine smell. We immediately informed the gentleman working the desk. His remedy was to spray a deoderizer into the AC system, dresser drawers and bathroom. While masking the urine smell long enough to fall asleep, we woke up to the urine smell and headaches, literally. When checking out, we again informed the front desk with a "thanks for letting us know" response. "

"This hotel is perplexing. Good location, seemingly good pool, etc. Rooms are incredibly outdated, walls are paper thin. With normal conversations and movement it sounded like the people normally talking next door were sitting at the table with me. And any walking around upstairs sounded like a marching band. The all-tiles flooring didn't help it. Rooms were well stocked with cooking utensils and pans etc in the kitchen. This could be really good, but it's not. Whoever was at the front desk wasn't very friendly just pointing me to the computer check in terminals which are labeled incorrectly. Screen says scan drivers license face down, machine says face up (or vice versa) - neither worked. "

"People live there for starters so the house was dirty and there was a weird old woman putting lotion on her legs when we showed up and the people who live there where rude to us before we even walked in the door y’all need to take this damn listing down"

"nothing like the pictures. That's ok with me, I just wish i had a better idea of what i was stepping into. No bugs or anything, but the hidden "self clean" fee was somewhat evil, and probably why one of the towels-- when unfurled, had mysterious brown stains on it. I wouldn't stay at this hotel alone or for any other reasons besides business. Maybe i just had a worse room, or they forgot to clean my towels or bedding before i arrived, but i wouldv'e appreciaeted if they were more transparent about the cleanliness level/ pictures/ etc. That's all, not terrible, but would have preferred to better prepare to bring my own towels and sleeping bag."
