It was ok
Stay was OK. Room very spacious. Didn't hit the 5* service we were expecting. Spa was good. No prior warning that swimming hat was compulsory. Would not return to be honest.

I would give it 6 stars if I could! Amazing hotel, truly premium from rooms, to Spa and all amenities, food, staff and cleanliness. You can bike or walk 7 minutes and have everything you need. The pools are real termal waters, the mud treatment relieves body pain and joint pain. The saunas and ice treatment are fantastic!! Also great manicure with Marzia and I got my hair done with Mirko, he is amazing!! My 3rd time here and will definitely come back.

Very quiet, sleeping was never a problem. Bed and pillows very comfy. SPA is state of the art. 10 min walk to the city center. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Qualche carenza ma bello
Tutto bene qualche disguido al ck in ma nulla di grave risolto velocemente,alcune piccole carenze per un 5 stelle spa massaggi spa non all altezza o forse operatrice non adeguata!Nessuno spiega la struttura,per trovare la Spa devi chiedere non è posizionato bene la reception spa struttura molto bella ben tenuta il Sig.Tudor si è distinto per efficienza e competenza!

Struttura perfetta in ogni suo aspetto. Personale gentile discreto. Camere eleganti. Area spa meravigliosa. Nel corso della settimana, date le rilevanti dimensioni e considerata la ridotta presenza di clienti diventa quasi ad uso esclusivo. Non era la prima volta che soggiornavamo al Premier e non sarà di certo l'ultima. Il luogo ideale per anche soli due o tre giorni di puro relax.

5 stelle de luxe con vista sulla Despar
Albergo nuovo, sola completa ma la stanza de luxe che abbiamo occupato si affacciava su una Despar e su un edificio abbandonato. SPA completa funzionale ma rumorosa (gli ospiti e personale addetto a dispetto della zona silenzio parlavano liberamente ad alta voce ) impossibile almeno per noi riposare . Inoltre la strada che costeggia l’hotel ( lato Despar per intenderci) è fortemente trafficata con relativi rumori di clacson. Che dire l’albergo e ottimo ma non avrei certo speso 300 e passa a notte ..

Bella struttura camera molto spaziosa e ben accessoriata. Le piscine e le saune pulitissime. Peccato non avere potuto usufruirle anche il giorno dopo aver lanciato la camera, come ho sempre fatto negli altri alberghi.

Alles in allem gut und schön aber nicht Top
Schönes Hotel mit tollem Spa- und Thermenbereich. Zimmer angenehm groß, leider wenig Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad. Alles Tip-Top sauber und aufgeräumt. Frühstücksbüffet in Ordnung, aber die Auswahl an Obst und veganen Produkten ist sehr überschaubar. Könnte für ein 5 Sterne Hotel besser sein. Balkons in den Premium Zimmern sehr klein und somit kaum nutzbar. ,

Magnifique hôtel
Magnifique hôtel, installation thermale haut de gamme , spa parfait , massages exceptionnels avec un personnel très professionnel ( Giuseppe et Ludmilla). Jardin très soigné , chambre très confortable en résumé un établissement élégant et agréable . Seul bémol peu d’information à disposition , il faut chercher … le dîner du soir est aussi trop copieux c ‘est un menu , une carte serait plus appropriée selon les appétits…

Pasamos unos días increíbles en el Hotel Premiere. Todo cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. La habitación muy limpia y acogedora. Las piscinas y el Spa son perfectos para pasar un fin de semana de relax. La atención del personal y el servicio de limpieza no pude ser mejor, sin duda volveremos.

Tutto molto bene
Hotel molto bello, curato, pulito, evidentemente fresco di totale ristrutturazione. La camera era molto ampia e ben arredata con materiali nuovi, idem il bagno e le zone comuni. La SPA ineccepibile! pulito, controllato e numerose piscine, idromassaggi, interno ed esterni a disposizione. Sauna finlandese, biosauna, stanza del sale, grotta di ghiaccio, percorso kneipp...(bagno turco chiuso per disposizioni covid). ho usato la palestra, non grandissima, ma completa. Abbiamo usufruito di trattamenti viso/corpo ed a riguardo devo assolutamente ringraziare Monica, responsabile SPA, per aver "risolto" con professionalità un "Inconveniente". Nonostante dia 5 stelle, consiglio di porre più attenzione ai bambini rumorosi nella zona SPA, di migliorare la privacy delle piscine esterne così vicine alla strada e "poco" protette (sinceramente a me non dava fastidio, ma ho sentito commenti a riguardo), ed infine non mi sarebbe dispiaciuto avere in camera il boiler acqua calda per potermi fare il tea; dettagli che non intaccano minimamente il confort assoluto. ci torneremo.

Weekend relax in questo stupendo hotel, non ho trovato niente fuori posto. La la piscina esterna e la spa meritano una nota piu’ che positiva. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante mentre la colazione è discreta. Unico appunto , in bagno metterei i bicchieri di vetro porta spazzolini anziché di plastica.

L'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato con un'attenzione ai particolari veramente notevole. Set di cortesia griffato Acqua di Parma. Camere arredate con gusto e letto con scelta di cuscini e lenzuola di alto livello. Le piscine termali sono nella media. Colazione adeguata al livello della struttura.

Albergo prossimo ad una ristrutturazione. Il personale è tutto gentile e disponobile. Buona la cucina, colazione nella norma. Carina l'idea di offrire l'aperitivo o il the o altre iniziative .Centro benessere già rinnovato e di buon livello. Ampia la piscina interna, meno quella esterna.
