Property was in good condition. Room was clean except for the floor in spots. This location has only fast food restaurants near it. Price is right. Owner very nice.

Would have gotten all stars but there was a cockroach in the bathroom and one in the bed when the covers was pulled back.

Was there for 8 days and nights and was not treated like a "guest" but was really treated more like a family member. I have been to many Hotel 6's and this was the best one by far.
