"Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. "When we arrived at 10:15pm reception was unattended even though it said it was open until 11pm, so I rang the mobile number & spoke with a gentlemen who explained how to get into the hotel & into our room. The room itself was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space, a very comfortable double bed & a kettle & microwave were also provided.
