"This place was disgusting. I’ve never in my life seen suck a filthy run down dump in my life. You would be better staying in a dump yard. Holes in the doors and walls and floors were black, it was horrible. And the en-suite was black. I’ve never seen something so dirty in my life. How it is even possible to get in such a state. They advertise something on the website and it does not even look like the photos. False advertising. Staff are also rude and not helpful. This place should be shut down "

"We travelled 13 hours to get here only to find there was a young lady who was very apologetic telling us we could not have dinner because the restaurant was closed. Neither could we have a drink because the bar was closed and in the morning there would be no breakfast. The place is so isolated there are no surrounding alternatives for food and drink so we asked to order a taxi only to be told there were none available. We booked another hotel for the Saturday as it was my wife’s birthday to initially be told there would be no recompense. The original girl then told us as we were leaving she would ensure credit for the night we had to pay for another hotel and the breakfast but hotels.com advised that would not be the case. It is still to be pursued but the fact without warning they knowingly knew we travelled from Scotland and left us high and dry without alternatives or warning is vastly more than disappointing."

The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would happily stay here again."
