"Hotel central to the West End of Aberdeen only a short walk from the centre. Staff were excellent, professional and friendly always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of both hot and cold offerings. Would certainly use this hotel again when I’m in Aberdeen."

"The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. My biggest disappointments were how much the hotel breakfast was……its not wort it. Also the fact that nobody serviced my room during my stay? If you are charging premium prices, you need to up your game. "

"Room was filthy, including dust build up on the walls, particularly the bathroom. Dirty marks on the carpet and bed linen. Massive hole in the bathroom ceiling. Shower water pressure was abysmal and took several minutes to run hot. Staff were unable to find enough pillows for 2 people to sleep in a double room. "

"The room was clean although the decor is dated. Two challenges for me - only one light in the room on the wall. I had to ask for a bedside lamp. The staff was excellent at helping resolve that dilemma. The second issue was intermittent internet access. "
