This property is misleading and fake. We booked the property, and after arriving at the property there was no check in desk and you are unable to contact the host. After getting through to hotel.com agents, they said we need to collect keys from Aberdeen. How can you expect someone booking in a London property to collect keys from Aberdeen? The booking confirmation is also not provided until the day of your trip, which then makes it difficult to even check if it’s genuine. Avoid at all costs. This is a scam property.
