"We loved the proximity to places in Stirling and the proximity for day trips. The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness was because some shifts of housekeeping are a bit lazy and chose to refold and hang used towels rather than replace them, coffee wasn't always replenished, and sheets after a week were not changed unless we specifically asked. We stayed two weeks. I would absolutely stay here again, I just know to stay on top of housekeeping. They have a restaurant and bar at the hotel which was great, and there were others within walking distance. Nice leisure space with pool and sauna. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. "

"This hotel was in a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and check in was a breeze! I loved the warm chocolate chip cookies we were given upon arrival. The hotel has a lot of halls with short stairs that make hauling suitcases a pain, but it’s an old building so to be expected. We loved the coffee shop in Dunblane…Beech Tree I think was the name. Great location close to Stirling castle and other attractions."

"Beautiful location Stunning hotel… decor, views, service! We throughly enjoyed our stay in Cameron House. Our room was luxurious with everything we needed for our a relaxing break. We enjoyed to use of the swimming pool and there were many beautiful walks in the grounds. "

"Having read some less than positive reviews, we were a little bit sceptical about our stay. However, I can say nothing but good things about the hotel, our room, whilst not the biggest was clean, neat and tidy, the bar was lovely as was the dining room and the staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again. Only downside was the expensive car parking which is operated by a third party on the hotels land"
