"great atmosphere"

"We loved our stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay and would not hesitate to stay here again. The transportation is super convenient to the parks and to the shopping center. You have the choice of walking five minutes to the monorail, or you can take a bus to the monorail. Once there, you are one stop from Disney Sea, two stops from Ikispiara, and three from Disneyland. I loved the convenience of having a Lawson's on site (in fact there are two in the evening when they get busy). My daughter loved that there is a pool and it was a unique pool with lots of green spaces. I think they even had pool toys available to either borrow or rent. We didn't have breakfast included but we decided to do that on our last morning. I am not sure we would do it again but there were lots of options. Most of it was Japanese food but they had a bread station and an omelette station (which was great). I would recommend signing up for a free Hilton Honors membership before arriving. If you have that membership, you have free Wifi, outdoor pool access, and other benefits like a discount on food. Also, there IS a coin laundry on the B1 floor. I had read that there wasn't self-service laundry and so I scrambled to get our laundry finished at the hotel prior to our Hilton stay. However, be assured, there is laundry facilities. I believe they are coin operated but I didn't use them. The room was nice and we thought these beds were the most comfortable of all our four hotels while we were in Japan."

"This hotel has a great proximity to the train and area shopping. Very family oriented which is nice but can cause for noise in neighboring rooms beside and above especially late at night. Buffet breakfast was a great asset with a variety of foods."

"Hotel is 15 minute walk to Tokyo Disney. With a family of 4 room was good size, they offer luggage service if you are planning to go to another hotel in Tokyo (which made traveling by train really easy). We would stay here again"

"I had a fantastic stay! From the start, communication with the property staff was excellent—they were quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions I had. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made arriving after a long journey so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed, including Haeundae beach and traditional market, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!"

"There is a big AEON at Shin-Urayasu Station, the nearest station. It is about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The Disney Shuttle is also convenient when using Maihama Station on the JR Keiyo Line. We stayed Annex “Square”. There is convenience store “family mart” 2nd floor Annex Square is a newly built condominium-style building, very clean and comfortable. The large public bath and foot massage are the best. "

"The room is big and clean. I like it on how they separate the toilet from the shower. There’s an adventure for your kids in the room. If they can figure out, they can claim a snack in the front desk. The service is amazing! They have lawson too in the hotel and free shuttle to Disney resort/parks. It is nice to walk around the area at night! "
