"Front desk guys were so nice! Cute room and decor, bed was comfy but pillows were awful so bring your own. A/C was pointed right at your face as you try to sleep but the white noise is a must have to drown out the incredibly loud city. 3hrs of sleep during my 1 night stay was very disappointing. "

"This property is currently under construction. There was construction noise pretty much all day, which started early in the morning. The area where you walk to the rooms was dimly lit at night. I didn”t feel comfortable walking through the outdoor maze of hallways to get to my room in the dark. My room was still dirty even after being cleaned. The staff was pleasant and helpful (my door would not close properly and they were quick to address it). I would not stay here again."

"The hotel said they couldn't find my itinerary leaving me and my elderly mom out on the street we had to get an Uber to another hotel for the night the next day I received my check in details but was still charged for the 1 at which I did not stay the place was dirty itchy I think bed bugs and the place had a smell they did not honor the the roo. I paid for on top of it all and my mom's phone came up missing there and no idu would help locate it when we found the location through the hub they did nothing about it "

"The breakfast and the cleanliness would bring me back here. It’s made to order breakfast instead of a buffet and it is absolutely delicious with excellent service! It’s been a while since a hotel was willing to clean my room each night, so it was a treat to return each day to fresh sheets, towels and a spotless room! "

"The pictures look nice but do not stay here it’s very dirty and under staffed would like a refund but I can’t imagine that will be worth the effort. "
