"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"The building was under renovation with workmen and building material name around a large section (excluding the bedrooms ). The building is old and in a state of disrepair. The bedrooms have been partially renovated but there is much to be done and there is a need for a deep clean and a repair and repaint of the rooms. But ..,., cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. "

"Apartment itself was nice. Comfortable bed and kitchen/living room good. Key issues: Cleanliness - pots and pans dirty and not properly washed. Naturally question how clean everything else was! Missing amenities: no shower gel/shampoo provided even though stated in the booking confirmation. Quite frustrating when you turn up late after work and then end up having to go back out to purchase basics such as this. "Parking arrangements are abominable - too far away to even consider bringing in the luggage. Having curry on the menu but no Rice? Hullo! Dining room booth seats with old ratty tape holding them together is NOT acceptable."
