Poor service, no bathroom, but overall value
There are three Aerotels in the Abu Dhabi airport and two of them are in terminal 3. It is unclear which one is booked and they are a good walk apart, so I was directed from one to the other, then back to the first. The room was a perfectly comfortable pod just big enough for a bed, but quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable and all outlets worked. I asked for a wake-up at 8:30 to catch a 10:30 flight and was woken up at 7:15. The concierge told me that I needed at least 3 hours to clear US pre-flight customs. We discussed and I ignored him (clearing customs in only 20 minutes much later); but being woken up after 3 hours of sleep was frustrating. There is also NO BATHROOM at this Aerotel. The bathroom is 400-500 feet away amidst a duty free shopping area. Overall, it was acceptable if I had known where to go and what to expect. Sleeping pods in lounges might be better if you have access to them.

Not happy with check in
Slow check in I send them request that My flight will arrive at 06:15 a.m. but the staff did not accept my request and there was no shower and my experience was very bad because i have to wait until 9:00 a.m

I had made reservation for Dec 12 to Dec 23-1night. While checking in the desk clerk told me that I can stay for only 6 hr, and it will cost me $14 some/hr additional for time over 6 hrs. If I was made aware of this hidden cost I would not made reservation at this hotel. I know the amount paid is not refundable. I decided not to stay at this hotel. Did I loose my money? May be yes- courtesy of your opaqueness. D C Patel

Disappointed
The people staying in adjacent rooms were loud all night. I told them to please Remain quiet but they kept on talking loud and making a lot of noise. They had a child and he was cry a lot. I suggest the management places a microphone in the hallway and monitor the noise in order to step in and control noisy guests. This hotel is design to rest and get some sleep. Management should do more to keep guests quiet.

I have received a text showing my stay scheduled for check in on 8/14 and checkout on 8/15. Upon arrival at 10:00pm on 8/14, I was told my reservation had already passed. I was unable to secure my bags so that I could change while staying and I was unable to recheck my bag for 10 hours. Not the hotel's fault but it made for a miserable layover and I will not likely use this method of stay again.

There's wrong information about the hotel having "shared bathroom" being displayed on expedia site, it is designed strictly as sleeping quarters, NO RESTROOM OR BATHROOM, there's however a restroom for the airport just outside the "Hotel" and the closest bathroom is 10 minutes walk away,come with your own bathroom and restroom supplies its not provided ; The "cubicle" has 2 very comfortable beds(bunk)and quite strict on the 6-hour timing, Only provision is 2 small water bottles. The space in the room is very small,i had only carry- on so it wasn't much of a hassle.I wish someone let me know all these beforehand, i might still have booked but would have loved to know.

The next shower is 7 walking minutes away, no bathroom nearby. Also, the booking is just for 6 hours, every further hour is an extra 14 $.

Normal stepover hotel, bad signed tho.
Normal Airport hotel. I've not being told that I could have be there just for 6 hours. Also really bad signed. The room has no windows. The staff booked for me another room at the same chain hotel in the other terminal. Overpriced hotel.
