It was good. it is great for Kids, nice swimming pool, but the issue was smell from animals, and conditions of door were bad, and fridge noise in my room was like alarm i had to turn it off. over all i enjoyed good bed, good TV, good internet. parking is small we have to park in zoo parking.

I would like to raise a complaint in this hotel. They are not accomodating we came early and frontdesk told they will call us if the rooms is ready but they did not however we saw people checking in. Since we complained they gave an old room after waiting for another 30mins. Room no AC and old no toiletries.We requested from the amanger and they transferred us to another room again we waited and again no toiletries we called housekeeping to give us.this hotel does not deserve 8.4 rating at all. in room dining also no food available within the menu they have out inside the room.

Loved the walk around with the animals every night. I fed the Elephants on the last night. Enjoyed swimming laps in the pool in the early morning to start the day!!!

birthday trip
It was my partners birthday so they kindly upgraded us from a room to the premium chalet with view of the giraffes! That was amazing! However no towels were provided we had to ask twice and when they arrived no hand towels ect. They have a lovely coffee pod machine but no coffee pods with it and when we requested more supplies those didn’t come with. The chalet was beautiful and the best was comfy! Drove to yas island for dinner as not much is there

Arrived to property in the evening, they gave a very bad room, 1- No light at the front of the room entrance (for safety) 2- The towels at the bathroom are not enough and teared up 3- No hot water in the bathroom 4- the air condition is not adjustable 5- No hangers at the wardrobe The next day I complained at the front deck, so the next night they provide me with a fantastic room.

Stay inside the park
Amazing place, we felt like we were Living inside the zoo. Spotted deers and gazelles were stationed just outside our room. Great breakfast and service as well. We will be going there again.

The place overall was amaizing, i booked a deluxe room for 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 6 years, we got room 413 which was on the first floor facing the pool, next time i will definately try to get animals facing room, room was good everything was working properly no issues there, its a 3* hotel not a 4* as mentioned on Hotels.com. the most amaizing thing about this hotel is that its literaly inside the Zoo itself :-) excellent for kids and adult plus you will get unrestricted access to the Zoo for the entire stay !

Open balcony with Zoo View
We booked a chalet with zoo view and is fantastic. You will have a direct view to the zoo and you will see giraffes, deers, zebras, peacocks & etc at your doorsteps. Kids would love it. A mini size zoo but many animals there, including a white tiger. Reasonable price for 3 stars.

ok for few hours
Happiness is that we spent only a few hours at the hotel from 5 pm till 11 pm. Room is big enough but is scary, dark and cold, the bathroom stinks and does not work properly, but we only came for the zoo and we had a flight at 2 am, so our rooms serve as a storage room for luggage. Receptionists were friendly and willing to help. Hotel is very old it needs complete renovation. The Zoo was nice, but it is in Belgrade (Serbia) much nicer and bigger. It's nice that there is a probability of touch and feed the animals.

Amazing place for kids
We celebrated our daughter 2nd birthday, and we were amazed by the staff, animals, park program. Will definitely visit the place again. If you are planning your stay with family go for family rooms as they are located next to the zoo. You got to wake up with zebras and giraffes !!! Amazing!

Had a very good stay over weekend with my family. Staff are very friendly, and rooms are fine. M little daughter was extremely pleased with the hotel being in the middle of the zoo, which we visited twice daily to keep her happy.

Great comfortable stay
The staff allowed us to check in an hour earlier since the room was ready. They were extremely polite and genuinely helpful. The kitchen shuts at 11.30pm so we had carried some food which they assisted us in heating. They even sent a microwave to our room in case we needed it! the bathroom was clean and well stocked. Only minus i would say is the drain in the shower smelled weird. Otherwise the entire property was very clean. You get a complimentary ticket to the zoo with your hotel stay so that was nice. their American breakfast that we ordered was sufficient and filling.

The kids really enjoyed their stay. They absolutely enjoyed the experience feeding the giraffes and the donkeys especially the huge elephants! Very accommodating and friendly staffs, room service was fast

It was a short stay, but we had a great time at the resort. Bigger swimming pool requested. At least one animals show should be free for resort guests. Excellent that park entrance was free.

Great Concept, Disappointing "resort"
Upon entering the "resort" facility, we saw the decoration from the road and we're very excited. Once we got into the actual facility, it is very basic. For me, someone who loves to travel and stay in hotels, I was still excited because it said that every room had a balcony and we thought since we took a room there, we were under the impression we would be able to see the animals from our room. This wasn't the case. We were taken to the back side of the hotel, where we could see the animals as we walked but once we got to our room, we saw a wall. At first, our hotel cards did not work and they needed to give us new keys. Once we got into the room, it smelt very nice, as it was just cleaned. The room was basic, a shoe drawer, bathroom with a rain style facet, amenities which included: toothbrush kit, bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, and a queen style bed with a flat screen tv, worn and dated furniture, and dated but cute wallpaper. The room also had a refrigerator, kettle, two Arwa waters, Nescafe, and Lipton. We noticed a few mosquitos and fruit flies but figured there may be a few due to the animals. We went on and left the room and went to the zoo, beautiful concept, entrance was free and you really were able to get up close and personal to the animals! When coming back to the hotel, our room was filled with flies of all sorts, and the beautiful smell disappeared and it was replaced by the smell of sewage and a non working toilet. Disappointing for a '4' star. :(

Very pleasant hotel, attached to a zoo.
Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They came quickly to sort out the t.v. in the room, but never put in the second cup so we could have our morning cup of tea together - despite requests to do so. Room was comfortable, but the 300's don't see much sunlight .. so it was a little cold to start with. The 200's gave a view of the giraffe enclosure and were more central to the zoo; the 400's a view of the antelope type animals enclosure. The 300's were close to a couple of small swimming pools, probably rooms more suited for families with younger children. However zoo not far away. Zoo was lovely and deserted in the morning, allowing for a good wander round and uninterrupted views. It is a pleasant 2 hour amble around the zoo, maybe longer with kids. A few restaurants near by, otherwise other entertainment is probably a 15 min drive away on Yas Island. Overall a good experience, but we went for a night away from Dubai and a chance to see the zoo. We were happy with that. If you want more, then the hotel is a quick driveable distance to Abu Dhabi or Yas Island. Great hotel for a family stop over with zoo visit.

Unique concept for animal lovers!
The reception staff was extremely helpful. We were not aware that with our hotel stay we would get FREE tickets to the animal park, so we ended up paying for our entrance to the park out of pocket (since we didn't know about the free tickets, we went to the animal park before registering in at the hotel). I believe better advertising of that point on the web page for the hotel would have prevented that from happening to us. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The animal park was great and larger than we originally thought.

We stayed over the weekend in a chalet with zoo view. And this is the way to go. It's a little extra but worth it. You are In a newer part of the Resort with your own check in. The room is big and nicely set up. The chalet have outdoor furniture so we ordered food and had dinner facing giraffes, zebra and deers. It's worth doing breakfast as well. your kids will love it. If you take half or full board you can only order from the restaurant own by the resort. OK for lunch but limited choice for dinner.
