"Perfekt zu erreichen vom Bahnhof und auf direktem Weg zur Piazza Maggiore. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück mehr, aber genügend Bars in der Umgebung. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich direkt wie ein Einheimischer."

"Hotel is on a very scary street, lots of graffiti, looks like dirty alley, bar with many rough looking drunk people, sketchy people hanging out on street corner. I was truly shocked about the location and did Not feel safe there. It's a shame such a nice hotel is in such a horrible neighborhood. "

"Centrally located with many options for shopping, museums, historical churches and dining within walking distance . Eduardo was a great host attentive to needs. Only drawback was the stairs up after the elevator which was tough with our luggage after our trip but we managed. "

"Great location and nicely designed new room. Very clean. Breakfast unfortunately in another Building 5 minutes walk away, which is quite inconvenient. Very Limited breakfast time (8:30 to 10:00 only). Check out too early in my view for a holiday Location (10 am). "

"Check in was easy. They sent pictures of the door, the codes to enter and gave very specific instructions. We were able to find it with no problem. Second floor apartment but there was an elevator available. The lighting in the entryway when first entering the building was very poor and we had to use flashlight on our phones to see the steps. Entering the apartment was fine, no problem with the codes to enter. Large bathroom with washing machine! We had been traveling all day and all 4 of us...

"Overall, we were disappointed. The unit was nicely sized but the power went out in the middle of the night. They addressed it after some time but they did not fix the wifi and tv despite us reaching out. They told us they would fix it the following morning, which was after we checked out. I communicated this frustration to the receptionists at the end of my stay. It was also very loud outside the room and our neighbors were screaming. We didn’t sleep well."
