In close proximity to all attractions. The unit is decent based on the price. Super friendly staff and great breakfast included. Very small property with 9 rooms only, so I was a bit surprise when I see the setting, but the service and room size exceed its price.

We enjoyed our stay at 051. The location is great, and most of all we liked the staff. Very helpful with directions, suggestions, and getting us a taxi on the way to the train station. 051 is in the center of the city, so there will be noise at night, which is not the fault of the B&B, but it is appalling apparent. As others have mentioned, breakfast was lackluster. Bring your own shampoo! Overall, the staff and location are the best part of this place!

A stay in Bologna old town which was in a good location to explore by foot.Very busy road and very noisy at night with lots of young locals drinking especially if you have a front facing window onto the street up to about 400am then the street cleaners afterwards.Room spacious .

The hotel is located in the absolute best location! The room was very comfortable but there is no cleaning service (new towels) unless you ask in advance. There is also no shampoo and conditioner; just the body wash, and no body lotion. This seems to be the new normal in Italian hotels unless they are 5 star. Not really an issue though because there is a Coop store directly next door. We would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

I absolutely loved our stay here. From the pre check in available, to the location and the staff, everyone and everything was wonderful. I’m just annoyed we only stayed one night as this place is perfect for a longer stay. Will definitely book here again.

The staff here is amazing! Thanks Alessia for all your help! Location was great! Breakfast plentiful but the staff makes this place. The room was a nice size and big bathroom! The mattress was just ok a bit hard. A little spruce up in paint and deep cleaning baseboards would be great. I would stay here again.

The place was great. Very convenient location, easy walking. The room was very clean and spacious, The food was great. So much to choose from for breakfast or snacks. Most of all, the staff was amazing!! They were always available and so helpful and upbeat - each and everyone we talked to throughout our stay. We had to leave before the breakfast time for a flight and they packed an awesome bag full of food and drinks they left in the refrigerator for us to pick up on our way out. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!’

This property is located directly under the two towers, which means that the GPS could not find it. At piazza Rossini, several blocks away, the signal was lost. We were required to phone into reception, insist that someone come to find us and guide us to the private parking lot, which is well hidden underneath a building. Advance instructions sent to us for finding it were simply a screen shot, not written with street names or landmarks. All that being said, Lorenzo was accommodating. I suggest that a written set of instructions be sent to guests that direct them out of the no-drive zone. The situation is very clean and accessible by a small elevator; however, opening the door to the suites was a problem on the first night due to a "trick" required. We were locked out for an hour. The streets are extremely noisy well into the early morning hours; we were told that this we were in the university ghetto with partying students. Then, to close the windows, the A/C could not be run. It is understood that the center of town is very old; however, the streets are broken down and there is graffiti on every available wall of these ancient edifices. The Basilica di San Petronio is within walking distance and is well worth a visit. There are some good little restaurants in the vicinity, but all needed reservations in advance. Would not make a return visit.
