Really old hotel in serious need of TLC. Traditional room had the wall stained and scratched. The hallway were dirty. The dinner and breakfast however were good. Nice location. Appreciated foot onsens.

担当をしてくれたサービスの方は外国人の方でしたがとても日本語が上手でさらに丁寧で気持ちの良い対応をして頂きました。ありがとうございました。また、車の充電設備もあり、満充電をして頂きとても良かったです。また、昼神温泉に来る時はぜひ利用させて頂きたいと思います。

部屋のクーラの電源が入っていなくて、朝方、寒くなるまで気がつかなかった。便座も冷たかった。自分で電源を入れれば済むことですが、少し寒いかなくらいで、夜寝てしまいました。節電のためなら仕方がありません。

全てに満足です。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで全てに満足しました。スタッフの教育も行き届いていて、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。温泉二つと足湯があり、それだけでも楽しめます。ロビーにはラウンジがあり優雅な時間を過ごすことができました！また利用したいとおもいます。

心遣いが素晴らしいホテルでした！

今回2回目の宿泊でしたが、ご飯もとても美味しくまたお風呂も広々としていてとても良かったです！朝食の時に、卵料理が出て来たけど本当は目玉焼きで食べる感じでしたが、私が目玉焼きが苦手な為、スクランブルエッグにしても良いですよと声を掛けていただけました。また、サービスでケチャップも付けてもらえました！おもてなしが感じられて、幸せなひと時でした！ありがとうございました！機会があれば、また宿泊したいです。

お湯もいいけど、食事がお勧め!

温泉の泉質が良く、お肌がしっとりすべすべになりました。食事の量もちょうどよく、どの料理もとてもおいしかったです。また、朝市に近い場所にあるため、新鮮な果物もお値打ちに買えました。
