Hotel is clean and well kept, rooms are quite comfortable. But it doesn't have an A/C, which was no big issue for my stay but wonder if it can get hot for summer. Didn't get hot water on my last day in the morning because hot water tank was under maintenance (good that it gets maintenance but why in the morning when guests take a shower¡?!). Limited options for breakfast. Staff just doing their job, one or two smiling friendly staff others were just there to barely get a job done. Price compared to other hotels in town for the week of African Union Summit was relatively less expensive but still extremely expensive in international standards for the quality of hotel and services. Liked location a bit better than other more pricey options, felt it could be ok to walk around.
