"I’ve been here for the past few years. At start it was amazing however I’ve noticed a lot has changed: - Staff are less friendly - Water is not free in the room. (1 can of water when you arrive only) - wear and tear not being fixed in the room - ripping off customers with drinks and ice cream (£24-35) ..."
