"Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit slippery, and the hair dryer in our room blew only cold air. Otherwise everything else was fine."

"The hotel room was just fine. Everything was clean and well cared for. One of the two elevators was not functioning (nothing said about it at check-in, never asked why) so that made getting to your room/car with bags a 3-5 ride wait, as everyone was using the one elevator. The breakfast was great and what you would expect for a typical BW breakfast room. The one off-putting experience came with the morning shower and when moving the shower curtain, a massive cockroach dropped to the floor from in between the two curtains. Yuck."

We came with our two kids and loved the direct access to the beach, the indoor staff and that we were all able to sit back and relax."
