"This property was beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the Kalia tower on the 24th floor and our ocean view was incredible. Everything was easily accessible and the staff were all very friendly. Plenty of restaurants to chose from. We will definitely stay there again."

"Being our first time here in Hawaii, I think I made a great decision staying here. Close to the beach and the stores around. You can get from point A to point B. Breakfast is amazing with various of options, pool is gorgeous and the view is amazing. Unfortunately the only hiccups would be the elevators taking really long and no parking guaranteed but that is to be expected. (Stated when booking) Other than that, staff were great, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. No problems throughout my stay."

"Great resort for families and the location it’s perfect. You can walk and do a lot of activities just walking distance. Staff is friendly at the front desk the cleaning crew tried to bypass cleaning (That part I didn’t like) not once they cleaned the room during our stay specifically when they are charging luxurious prices. Amenities need to improve, specially the gym. These resorts charge an amenity fee per day at check in, for them not to keep the gym machines in good condition? It’s just a NO to me. Where the money is going, then? Isn’t the amenity fee to keeps amenities working and in good standing? A lot of machines said “out of service”"

"The room was pretty clean. (Except that we found a fake finger nail on the carpet that wasn’t vacuumed or picked up.) Our lanai looked out over the 2nd floor roof and the roof of the building next to us which had fans or generators going that were very loud if you went out there. But the view to the left of the Pink Palace and the Sheraton Waikīkī were nice. The room could have used better lighting as well. There was one light in the room that was off in the corner for the sitting area, which made the room dim. The hallway light and the little lights over the bed weren’t very helpful. This hotel hosts the Cirque du Soleil show, so guests should be mindful of the showtimes so they can make sure not to be in the lobby when shows let out! It’s a madhouse! What really stood out was the valet staff. They were very attentive and super helpful! Also, very convenient to everything - the beach, International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, plenty of restaurants to choose from, lots of ABC Stores! Easy place to get rideshares too!"

"This was our first trip to Hawaii and the Embassy Suites was the perfect location for our family of five. We had a two bedroom suite which suited our family well. The grounds were clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was a highlight of the trip. Would definitely recommend to other families."
