"Check was 90 minutes, Joann resolved a problem I had with my credit card, the clerk never took it. The maid service was fantastic! Very friendly and did an outstanding job. To bad for the construction noise but I understand. I think the room was very nice and kept up in the Tapa tower. I would stay again. Thank you"

"We had a very pleasant family stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection. The location is excellentโclose to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The only small issue was that housekeeping was not always consistent, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again."

"Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 25th floor with a partial ocean view. The hotel is located a block from the beach. Itโs a very easy walk and I felt extremely safe staying at this hotel."
