"Towel rack was broken, suitcase stand needed to be put back together. Only 2 total towels for 2 weeks for 2 people. Listed as an apartment but had no stove. No dresser and a tiny closet so we had to live out of our suitcase. No trash bags no housekeeping no outlets in bathroom. Curtains didn’t slide properly,half attached. No bath mat. It was inconvenient to live that way for 2 weeks "

"I booked the Outrigger Reef based off of the reviews and it did not disappoint! We’re a family of five and loved every bit of the resort. The rooms were clean and the location is phenomenal.
