"Everything was great , Evan check during the evening to make sure we’re was ok , help with our luggage (we had a lot) would stay there again if in Waterloo, very clean and large room wi-fi worked well. Was able to get a bus right across the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay"

"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!!
Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"Booked and paid for an early check in, arrived and was told room was not ready.
Travelled long way for match at Anfield and other activities prior, missed out due to being late for check in.
Room was not cleaned properly, screw sticking out of floor in bathroom, luckily didn't catch anyone's foot.
Could have been nasty
Mirrors were dirty, marks on furniture.
Restaurant was very understaffed for dinner and breakfast next day.
Long waits for service, not getting order correct and breakfast...
