"All was good"

"There was urine all over my couch, the room smelled like urine and strong chemicals. The manager never got back to me. They refused to give me a refund and hotels.com did not give me a refund. I left the hotel within 1 hour of checkin after escalating it to the local staff and hotels.com and i still have never received a refund. This is unexceptable. The hotels.com staff said the policy said there is no refunds... even if there is urine all over the room. This is unbelievable and I will never use this service again. Dogs were barking all throughout the hall and this place was unable to refund me nor change or clean my room."

"Long term live in tenants. Dogs barking at night. People in and out slamming doors and talking very loudly in the middle of the night. Toilet and sink clogged. Floors not clean. Tile missing. Baseboards missing. Rooms smelled like cigarettes. Stains on walls. Paint chipping from cabinets. No amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap. Towels smelled of mildew. Felt unsafe from the long term tenants that lived in building and strangers in parking lot."

"We stayed for one night. Our room smelled like mildew. The pool area was absolutely filthy, the paint was peeling and over all and disrepair. At breakfast, they were out of lots of things. We were there right as breakfast opened. Everything we asked if they had like jam, etc. they did not have. For a $500 room for one night I am highly disappointed. Will never be staying at this hotel again. Not like the picture shows."

"The staff is top notch we ran into a problem with our TV they did everything they could to fix the problem but couldn't gave us a new room and helped us move our stuff to the new room. Will definitely stay there again"

"I was treated poorly by the lady that works at noght when i checled in and checked out like she hated her job. I also had a horrible time trying to sleep becaise it was loud till 6am by guest slaming doors and talking in the halls, and when i complained the night lady didnt care. wont ever stay here again."

"Clean room. Fitness room. Great indoor pool and tub. Great breakfast with good selection of Continental plus cheese omlettes and sausages. Fantastic area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Chose this area to be closer to the zoos and museums. This is an excellent hotel. Would stay again."
