"The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!"

A special thank-you to Juan from Guest Services, whose warm personality and genuine care set the tone for our entire trip. Juan was always ready with helpful recommendations, and a friendly smile. He made us feel welcomed and valued every single day. The Concierge team—Leo, Aldais, and Icela —deserve praise as well. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Whether we needed dinner reservations, activity planning, or just a bit of guidance, they handled everything flawlessly. Their knowledge, kindness, and dedication truly elevated our experience. The food options were another highlight of our stay. From delicious buffet selections to a variety of specialty restaurants, there was always something amazing to enjoy.
