"My stay at Ibis Amman was average. The staff were helpful, but the bathroom had some mold, and the room was cold with no heating available. Breakfast was not very enjoyable. Overall, it’s an okay option but could use some improvements."

"Spa wasnt open because of the month of ramadan they were doing maintenance in the premises. That was disappointing but i understand they have to do maintenance but i wished they were open and we were notified up-front. "

"Unfortunately upon arrival, the receptionist insisted we cancel our Expedia booking and pay them directly in cash. When I refused, this went on back n forth for sometime eventually I was able to check in. I had a local friend who helped talk to the man at reception, who didn't speak a word of English. The room I checked into stank of cigarettes and had a bad odour of stale cigarettes in the room. The following day upon check out a different member of staff apologised for the experience of the previous night and offered one nights free accomodation. Unfortunately due to the stench of stale cigarettes and the poor customer service I politely declined and made arrangements elsewhere. I would recommend paying more and avoiding this place all together."
