"The room was very clean and spacious, but the hotel was understaffed for the amount of guests. The glass everywhere was smudged and unclean. We were charged for parking when we shouldn't have been. We won't be staying here again. "

"First thing you notice is how great the place smells. Clean room! Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own shampoo/conditioner. They provide sensitive body bar soap. Definitely booking a room next time I need a night out."

"We had a room booked and so did my in laws and we asked how we could have rooms next to each other on the ground floor. We were given instructions to call that morning so we did. We were assured we were good to go. When we arrived the rooms were not next to each other and in opposite floors. To get us next to each other we had to go to the third floor. The room was not swept or floors cleaned in anyway and we found trash from the previous person. The fridge was also dirty and would not get cold. The towel rack next to the sink kept falling off the wall!!"
