"Absolutely loved our stay. Julie checked us in on our arrival. She was outstanding. She advised us of the local area and everything about the hotel. The connected coffee shop is a favorite. The lobby bar is great. We loved our suite. It was very clean and well appointed. We loved the pet station in the lobby. The lobby swings are great Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely perfect! Hotel not too big or overly crowded, 7 floors only. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms very spacious. Breakfast buffet, although you pay $14.99 pp, was excellent. Covered parking, you do pay $11.00 per night for, but worth it. My last stay at the Phoenix did not have covered parking. We got caught in that big hail storm, not one car went undamaged. Beach area not over crowded and we went last week of June. Only complaint, pool could be larger."

They had us a room at the last minute when we couldn't stay at our originally planned hotel and they accommodated us as if we were premium status members! The hotel was remarkably clean, the balcony view was perfect and the staff were extremely friendly!"
