"Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Bedroom was spacious as was the bathroom. Bedding and towels were clean and the room was cleaned each day. Some furnishings seemed worn and tired. Also the windows were dusty. One evening there was a cockroach in the room but a member of staff very quickly dealt with the situation. The breakfast buffet has an extensive choice of food and drink. Outdoor pool area and garden were well tended to."

"We difinitely enjoyed our stay @ this hotel due to its convenience & location around bgc. The one that stood out was the breakfast buffet experience. Thier breakfast buffett was excellent! Thier food, drinks and desserts were amazing! They provided friendly & the utmost accommodating staff. Would difinety repeat, which is a rarity for us due to multitude of choices. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel was centrally located, staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and roof deck restaurant were nice. The breakfast buffet was nice and a fair value in my opinion. The only downside was the noise from construction on the floor above us, which we were warned about when we checked in, but were not compensated for in any way. Overall, of the three places we stayed in the Philippines, this was by far the most comfortable and the staff was the most helpful."
