"The bar had a really nice guy, Eric, working there - there was hardly anyone in the dining area of the bar (around 7 pm). He and I chatted about all sort of things while I drank a glass of red wine and ate some dinner. The parking valets were also very helpful and fun to chat with. I didn't particularly like my room, no interesting view and horrible noise between 5 and 6 am from trucks loading refuse. I also had trouble with activating the coffee machine and the AC/heating system"

"We booked the Omni for our 27th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent and brought up champagne and cupcakes. We booked a king premium with a riverfront balcony and it was perfect. The rooms are a bit small compared to other hotels we have stayed at but perfect for just 2 people. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to San Antonio "

"Location! Right next to the Alamo, and a short walk to Riverwalk. This was a wonderful, classic hotel. Room wasn't ready at check-in time but staff was over the top apologetic, offered a free wine tasting in the connected wine spot, and communicated well. No issue. Stuff happens. The only thing I suggest is the A/C vents in the room we stayed in (216, I think) need a good cleaning."

"The room I was given half was completely soaked due to a leak from the AC or possibly from the carpet being left wet after cleaning. I contacted the front desk and was told that no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was towels for the floor, which is unacceptable. There was also no manager on-site to address the issue. The room smelled damp and was very uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the bathroom is extremely small, which made the overall experience even worse."
