Hotels in Northeast Heights

"Made reservations and read reviews. The reviews weren’t that good but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. Boy were we wrong. Even one star was too good for what we went through. Paid extra to make sure we had a guaranteed room. We got the room but with broken furniture and old metal screws and staples poking out of the broken items. Asked about another room and was told that was the only one available. Asked for a refund and The man’s words were “it’s a room just stay in there.” We said went just needed a refund and he said let me see if I have something else. Said no we were already aggravated and extremely frustrated. After at least 2 hours we were finally finished. From beginning to the time we left. We went to stay at Best Western. Now that was a very nice hotel. Sorry didn’t get any pictures of the furniture because I figured they would just give us another room right away. "

"The room isn't cleaned very much, you can tell they rush through it or take short cuts. Found hooped earrings in the coaxial of both TV. There was some loafers that were left from the previous person who stayed at the room. There was dryed and washed sheets that had some blood stains on it. Bugs crawling in the restroom. Pee stains in the pull out bed in the living room. Will not be spending the any more time in that place."

"The breakfast voucher did confuse my because I didn’t put that there was 2 other people with me so only got one it was my first time reserving a room so it does fall on me other then that the room and pool was great "

"We didn’t have a trash I. The room asked for one never got it. People smoking around and smell come inside the room due to the air conditioner. Area was okay, not the best. Good for just 1 night sleep. Breakfast wasn’t good either."
