"Spacious Colonial Room with plenty of storage and a fantastic location near most attractions. Breakfast was excellent, but the unexpected $70-per-day service fee was disappointing, especially since breakfast was already included in our booking. The staff was friendly, though English was limited. Our room was next to a church, so there was occasional noise. Most concerning, something appeared to bite us in bed, causing itchy, red areas. We reported it twice, but despite promises to investigate, nothing was done."

"This hotel is amazing. Staff is incredibly nice (shoutout to Karen at front desk). Our room was noisy but they changed it really fast. The hotel is modern, with great design and spaces. Rooms are comfortable and the pool terrace is very nice. Breakfast was really good with a buffet and also an available menu. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Palacio del Agua was spectacular. The rooms and common areas were impeccable. The AC was strong. Everyone who works there was helpful and friendly. All the employees went out of their way to make our stay special, especially Omar in reception. The entire hotel is beautiful and relaxing— a peaceful escape in the heart of the Old City. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The rooftop area has a wonderful view. Both pools were a treat for both adults and kids. Additionally, the location is perfect as it is close to all the tourist attractions. It was truly a wonderful experience and hope to return again."
