"the staff was friendly the hotel was clean but you cant say this is a 4 stars hotel.. the beds are too rigid and not a hotel standard. the elevator is too slow, uncomfortable and smelly. safe , towels and almost everything you use you have to make a deposit at the counter which rare for a 4 stars hotel that has pools and right in front the

"Loved our stay at this resort! It’s perfect if you’re looking to escape the busy island beaches as you can just relax by the pools all day. A few downsides though - make sure you reserve your tables in advance as we were turned away from the restaurant one evening due to the kitchen not being able to handle more than 4 tables at a time. "Great hotel with an amazing park and nice pools. Staff was super attentive and very nice, breakfast had enough variety and food at the pool bar was tasty and reasonably priced. Only two minor things that are not quite up to par for a 5 star hotel - the coffee quality at breakfast was awful and the opening hours of the pool are too short (11am - 7pm). "
