Did not stay in the hotel at all and claimed my money from Expedia and have a case number and disappointed with Expedia to list such a hotel I had to pay 650 usd a night at the G hotel as it was the only one with available rooms on the 13 July when I refused to stay in Aura hotel due to hygiene issues

Nice basic hotel
We were satisfied by our stay. They room is clean & spacious, the staff are friendly. The hotel is basic not a luxurious one. Basic breakfast. Beach access at blumar was very nice.

Nice Stay!
It was nice stay overall, parking slots were disaster as hotel not offer free parking slots and only valet parking is available which costs daily charges " weird " There are limited daily activities related to kids. Rooms are clean, Staff were helpful, Pools are nice.

Good value for money but needs improvement
Everything went well except only that I didn't sleep all night because of mosquitoes and flying insects noting that I kept the balcony door closed all day during my stay !!

Disappointing visit
Hotel rooms were good but the management and the service of the hotel was terrible. There was no adequate number of staff in the hotel.. so it took ages to have any kind of service.. No clean towels are available at the pool area most of the time.. no shuttle bus to the beach and no towels at the beach at all!! Food was really disappointing. No bakery in the breakfast. Quality and variety of the food items was not good. Only one waiter is available to serve in the restaurant. We made many complains about the breakfast just to provide proper bread and cake but nothing happened. No menu for the dinner to order from as no staff available to prepare the food!! I visited the hotel before last summer and it was very good. But this visit was really disappointing..and i will not visit it again after this bad experience..

The hotel is nice and location is good. It is not on the beach directly but there is a shuttle that can take you there. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Food isn’t the best but not that bad either.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing weekend at the Aura Resort. When booking we didn't realize this was hours away from Alexandria, after a few travel glitches (full train, canceled train, microbus) we didn't get into to Alexandria until 2 AM (coming from Cairo). The staff at the Aura was very understanding of this and waived our cancelation fee. The next morning we made our way to the Aura Resort and were greeted by a very friendly staff. They brought us smoothies while we checked in, made us feel at home, and got us settled into an amazing King room looking out at the Sea. Having a professional background in hospitality management, it was obvious to me that this hotel was in their "soft opening" phase, and it was my opinion that they were dialing it in. The F&B staff were happy to explore their menu with us, and always eager to assist. The front desk went above and beyond to take care of us. I truly can't praise them enough. Thank you Aura Staff. I truly can't imagine a better stay in Egypt, along the Mediterranean Sea.
