When we first arrived there were a few things missing from what was advertised. But we asked the front desk and they took care of everything right away. Staff was very professional and kind. We were there for one month. The ad said it had an oven but there was not. So we bought a countertop one at Cash Express (€30) and returned it (€15 back) when we were done. We had a very comfortable stay. Loved the location near the beach and iconic cliffs plus between Alvor and Praia de Rocha without the traffic and noise. Lovely stay. Thank you.

De los dos ascensores sólo funcionaba uno y el otro sin iluminación interior. Tanto de día como de noche a oscura. Y no había a quien protestar.?
